Condace Pressley is an experiences manager of programming and newsroom operations with superior skills in talent recruitment and hiring; coaching and mentoring; driving for results. As acting program director in 2012, she delivered WSB-AM's best ratings performance of the year. As President of the National Association of Black Journalists, Pressley turned around a multimillion dollar nonprofit nearing bankruptcy. Her two-year term ended with the organization reporting a surplus. A nationally recognized expert on issues of newsroom diversity, Pressley speaks extensively on the subject and has been published numerous times. Skilled at strategic research and planning; analysis of audience research and data; developing internship programs; creating radio and new media professional and student educational programming; launched news and programming content on multiple platforms; leads station public/community affairs efforts.
